Terrorism, Huckabee, Clinton and a Movie

I watched the movie The Kingdom over this Christmas weekend and really liked it. I was expecting the writers to throw in a bunch of leftist crap but was surprised at how much this movie actually supported my view on the war. Before seeing the movie I had a friend tell me that the movie showed why we shouldn't be in the East at all. I felt that the movie gave the exact opposite message. There were some very intense scenes of terrorism at it's worst in the movie that really made me shiver at how evil Islamic-Fascism is. Today Benazir Bhutto, Pakistan's former Prime Minister and a voice for Democracy in the East was assassinated by a man who walked up to her in a crowd, shot her multiple times, and then detonated the bomb strapped around his chest.

We must defeat this evil on foreign soil!!! Don't let them come to you leaders of the world!!! Let's take this fight onto their soil and push forward with a rage and anger and viciousness that will be evident to even the most vile terrorist. By the way, Democrats are the biggest stinking sissies this world has ever known. Waterboarding is torture? Really Miss Pelosi? Really? I would tear limb by limb from a terrorist if I suspected that it would save American lives. And I am not ashamed to say it. Grow some BALLS Republicans and Conservatives!!! Don't follow McCain's footsteps and have this frickin' pussy stance on torture. Our missions in war zones against terrorists should be titled Project "F!@# 'Em Up" and so forth and then actually go in a f!@# them up!!! Oh my gosh I'm so mad at most Dems and Republicans for being such pussies. There's my rant for the day.

I'm so mad I'm gonna just say this about Iowa for now: Huckabee and Clinton will win Iowa. Good luck Americans, for if we continue down this path of pacifism and non-resistance we will be no more(and neither of those two candidates make me feel any better about the future when it comes to foreign policy).

Zeitgeist The Movie: Crapfestapalooza

I recently had a friend write me and say it was important for me to watch this movie. He's a hardcore conspiracy theorist and loves to challenge me to myth vs. fact duels. I watched it and here goes:

Zeitgeist is really three loosely related films packaged into one two hour conspiracy extravaganza. The 3 basic plots are:

1. Jesus was not a real person, and the story of his life is plagiarized from previous pagan religions.

2. The World Trade Center was destroyed by the US Government using planes and controlled demolition explosives planted beforehand.

3. The world’s central banks are a scam perpetuated by bankers to enrich themselves.

Just from the first part I would think anyone who believes in Jesus and knows the real Biblical story would be skeptical of the second two. Thank you Da Vinci Code for making this stupid myth popular. The second part is a copy of the movie Loose Change which was the first 9/11 crapspiracy movie. Zeitgeist even has put in some of Loose Change's footage. The debunking of this and other myths about the 9/11 conspiracy are here:

http://www.loosechangeguide.com/LooseChangeGuide.html

The third part is also for morons who will believe anything. This legend of the shady bankers myth has been perpetrated for more than 200 years and isn't new. It's spread by people who don't understand the value of the free market system and who think that all corporations have a guy in a bunker 20 floors below sea level somehow pulling all the strings and laughing maniacally while licking his greasy money-grubbing fingers.

There are no credits to the movie and the sources they give have no page numbers and make for useless references. They would get a D in English at best for trying to write this story in English class.

I'd Vote For This Guy

I used to live on Staten Island in New York and if you're a Republican there you're one tough son of a gun and this guy proves it. This is supposed to be some comedy show but I respect this guy for saying what he needs to say. I'd seriously give him a thought if he ran for President. Good for him for saying what he really thinks to these liberal crazies.

Al Gore Wins the Nobel 'All About Politics' Prize

It's sad when the Nobel Peace Prize turns into something as useless as the Oscars. Alfred Nobel himself said that the award was for improving the condition of humankind. Al Gore preaches the religion of the carbon footprint and yet owns a mansion that sucks energy like no tomorrow(which by the way I have nothing against. He's just a hypocrite). So Gore makes a Hollywood scarefest called A Convenient Lie - For The Benefit Of Make Me Popular Activist(Borat fans will laugh at that) and says that our world is coming to it's end because we as human beings can destroy this earth so easily as to live in a free market society. Gore did NOTHING to improve our way of life. In fact, he's definitely hurting American lives with his socialist intentions. Good job Nobel Committee. You don't seem so smart anymore.

Who's The Idiot Now?

How many times have you heard it? Bush is an idiot, moron, imbecile, blah blah blah. I have proof that he is not any of these. I'm only going to focus on the economic achievements even though I could go on and on about the national security, military, educational, environmental, and judicial achievements if I wanted.

This is taken directly off of the whitehouse.gov website:

  • Since last summer, the American economy has grown at the fastest rate of any major industrialized nation.
  • America's economy has been growing at rates as fast as any in nearly 20 years.
  • Nearly 1.5 million jobs have been created since August 2003 and 1.3 million new jobs have been created this year alone. The unemployment rate today is below the average unemployment rate of the 1970s, the 1980s, and the 1990s.
  • From 2000 to 2003, productivity grew at the fastest three-year rate in more than a half-century, raising the standard of living for all Americans.
  • The Conference Board's index of leading indicators has risen at an average annual rate of 4.2 percent since March 2003 - the fastest 15-month period of increase in 20 years - suggesting vibrant economic growth in the near term.
  • The stock market regained more than $4 trillion in equity since its low in mid-2002. In 2003 the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 25 percent and the NASDAQ rose 50 percent.
  • Manufacturing activity expanded in July 2004 for the 14th consecutive month.
  • Real after-tax incomes are up 11 percent since December 2000.
  • Interest rates reached their lowest levels in decades during the Bush Administration.
  • Homeownership reached an all-time high and mortgage rates reached their lowest level in decades.
  • During the Bush Administration, we have experienced one of the lowest core inflation rates (averaging two percent per year) in the past 40 years.
These figures are taken even before the DOW cleared 13000. It's ridiculous to fall for the media's lie that Bush is a moron. If you have fallen for it, who's the idiot now?

Harry Reid Once Again Shows His Support of Terrorism

I found this story on Fox News but what is interesting is that it's nowhere in CNN's headlines. I think this says a lot because even the most liberal news medium isn't posting Reid's crazy 'surrender to terrorism' story.

Reid today claimed the war in Iraq was lost and "can only be won diplomatically, politically, and economically'. WHAT!!!!???!!! I for one would love to test Reid's theory out by sending Reid himself to 'diplomatically' talk this out with a terrorist leader(doesn't matter which one) and then see if Reid would change his mind at the last second while he was having his head sawed off with a dull machete while hearing his last words, 'Allahu Akbar!'.

Reid went on to say:

"Now I believe, myself, that the secretary of state, the secretary of defense and you have to make your own decision as to what the president knows: that this war is lost, that the surge is not accomplishing anything".

This is an outright lie, though not surprising because Reid has based his whole career on lies. The 'troop surge' as it were is actually working and the numbers claim proof of this. Allied deaths are down and insurgent deaths are up. WHAT MORE DO THESE IDIOT DEMOCRATS WANT??? Oh yeah, that's right. They want Bush to lose, even if that means the terrorists win. It just shows how much we need Republicans in office because anytime the going gets rough, dems want to give up on the spot.

ASCAP's Mafia-Like Control Over The Music Industry

I know that I usually post articles that are politically motivated but I ran into a situation today that I feel people need to be aware of.

I run an independent coffee shop and was excited when we opened that I would be able to play music in the coffee shop that I had legally bought from either a music store or off the net(usually via iTunes). I also spent an incredible amount of money on a sound system so that independent musicians could come and play their music for the enjoyment of our patrons. Seeing as we would never charge for our patrons to come in the door, I thought nothing of it, that is, until ASCAP(American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers) began harassing us.

It turns out that you cannot play any type of music over a speaker system, nor can you have musicians cover other artists works without paying a hefty fee to ASCAP.

I have 3 major disagreements with this group. First of all I ALREADY paid for the CD's, therefore giving the studios who published this music the opportunity to pay the prospective artist's their royalty from my purchase. Why should I in turn have to pay an exorbitant fee to play this music over a speaker on MY OWN PROPERTY. I would understand if the music was why I was making my money(i.e. a radio station, a dance club, a bar charging a cover) but it is there purely for background music enjoyment. Lawyers for ASCAP in these cases will state "irreparable damages" or "injury" to the artist. Can someone please explain to me the "irreparable damage" done to the musician other than possibly advertising their music for them for FREE in an establishment that doesn't have to do so in the first place.

Secondly, musicians that come in to my shop and play a majority of original songs sometimes want to play a cover tune in the middle of their set. According to ASCAP, if a musician plays even ONE song that is not their own, the business is liable to over $400 that year as a fee to ASCAP. As a musician myself, I feel that if someone likes my music enough to learn it and play it in a public setting, I should be honored that they would give me free advertising, as long as they state who the original author is.

Thirdly, if a musician who has been signed with a label affiliated with ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC(the three big organizations who claim complete ownership of your copyrighted material), and they decide to play their own music at my coffee shop, ASCAP can legally sue me for not paying their royalty fee, even though the artist chose to play their own music.

In learning the complete ownership that ASCAP has over almost every single song written in America since 1914, I have had to put away an enormous array of great music that I would otherwise be playing. I have also had to shut down most of the artists who play here because they might be covering material that is not their own, even though they give credit to the original artist. The only thing I am barely allowed to do is play the radio because I'm under a specific square footage.

Here is what I would change if I could afford to take ASCAP to court today:

1. A commercial business of any kind should only have to pay a fee to a copyright organization if the music that is being played in that establishment is directly making money for that business. This includes radio stations, night clubs, dance clubs, and bars(because a bar would be a very boring bar with no music). This includes jukebox's which, even though the owner has already paid for the music in that jukebox, continue to make money for that establishment.

2. You should not have to pay a fee to ASCAP if an indie artist covers another artist's song if: (1) The indie artist gives credit to the original artist and (2) does not charge a cover to enter the establishment.

3. Amazingly enough, if you own more than 3750 sq. ft.(not including parking space), playing the radio over your own speaker system isn't even free. This is the most ridiculous example of the mafia that is ASCAP. How can you start charging for public air waves? The radio stations already pay tremendous fees for the right to play the artist's music. Why should you in turn have to pay a second fee to play that music over your own radio. This has got to change.

Where has the First Amendment Gone?

Matt wrote a few weeks ago about the military General who said that being gay was immoral. This comment received intense scrutiny and oppression from the media and others. Now we have another public figure to take aim at.

I'm sure by now everyone reading this has heard about the comments that radio personality, Don Imus made on his show. He was speaking about the girls on the Rutgers' basketball team saying that they are, "nappy headed hos." Let me first say that I am appalled by what he said and I truly believe that racism is a terrible and destructive force in our great nation. I by no means agree with what he said, and I think that comments like this one seriously affect people who they are directed towards.

Having said that there is a law that protects Imus and it's called the First Amendment! I do not believe we should hide behind that protection but it is there for when people slip up like he did. If we attack men like him and the previously mentioned General, we are in essence attacking their basic freedoms. The freedom of speech was obviously very important to the founding fathers of this great country as they made it number one on the list.

I'm sure that while I write for this blog many people will be offended by what I say, and I tell them this Don't Read It!!! In the same way when I turn on to a news program with completely leftist slant, I don't call the congress for help I turn the station. If by some chance I was to be driving home from work one day and heard some radio program with a racist bigot degrading the achievements of a college basketball team, I would not call Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton, partly because I would never call them anyways, mostly because I would CHANGE THE STATION.

Al Gore Doesn't Really Care About The Environment

It's been a somewhat slow news day today and nothing that really gets me fired up. The President has asked Congress to quit slacking off and actually pass a bill on comprehensive immigration reform. I agree with this bill completely although I really think that the administration should have put more focus on this issue much earlier. If you think about it though, the Dems won't do ANYTHING about it if they get into office(God help us).

I did get something in my email the other day and wanted to post it.

The Story of Two Houses

LOOK OVER THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE FOLLOWING TWO HOUSES AND SEE IF YOU CAN TELL WHICH BELONGS TO AN ENVIRONMENTALIST.
-----------------------------------

HOUSE # 1:

A 20-room mansion (not including 8 bathrooms) heated by natural gas. Add on a pool (and a pool house) and a separate guest house all heated by gas. In ONE MONTH ALONE this mansion consumes more energy than the average American household in an ENTIRE YEAR. The average bill for electricity and natural gas runs over $2,400.00 per month. In natural gas alone (which last time we
checked was a fossil fuel), this property consumes more than 20 times the national average for an American home. This house is not in a northern or Midwestern "snow belt," either. It's in the South.

HOUSE # 2:

Designed by an architecture professor at a leading national university, this house incorporates every "green" feature current home construction can provide. The house contains only 4,000 square feet (4 bedrooms) and is nestled on arid high prairie in the American southwest. A central closet in the house holds geothermal heat pumps drawing ground water through pipes sunk 300 feet into the ground. The water (usually 67 degrees F.) heats the house in winter and cools it in summer. The system uses no fossil fuels such as oil or natural gas, and it consumes 25% of the electricity required for a conventional heating/cooling system. Rainwater from the roof is collected and funneled into a 25,000 gallon underground cistern. Wastewater from showers,
sinks and toilets goes into underground purifying tanks and then into the cistern. The collected water then irrigates the land surrounding the house.
Flowers and shrubs native to the area blend the property into the surrounding rural landscape.

HOUSE # 1 (20 room energy guzzling mansion) is outside of
Nashville, Tennessee. It is the abode of that renowned environmentalist (and filmmaker) "Champion Against Global Warming" Al Gore.

HOUSE # 2 (model eco-friendly house) is on a ranch near Crawford , Texas. Also known as "the Texas White House," it is the private residence of the President of the United States, George W. Bush.

So whose house is gentler on the environment? Yet another story you WON'T hear on CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, MSNBC or read about in the New York Times or the Washington Post. Indeed, for Mr. Gore, it's truly "an inconvenient truth."

Where Is Your Global Warming Now?

First of all, Fox News so far has not reported on this so they get no brownie points yet. But they better hurry up and get a story up about this.

Yesterday a buddy of mine called me up and sarcastically told me he was going to go ahead and start believing in global warming because he woke up and it was snowing...in April...in ARKANSAS!!!

I used to live in Arkansas and it was fairly rare that we would even get a flurry in the dead of winter. I had to check this out. Yesterday was pretty cold here in Alabama so I checked the weather service records. This message came out of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Weather Service:

RECORD EVENT REPORT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HUNTSVILLE AL
710 AM CDT SAT APR 07 2007

...RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE SET AT HUNTSVILLE...

THIS MORNING...THE LOW AT HUNTSVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS 25
DEGREES...AT 647 AM. THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 27 DEGREES...SET
ON THIS DATE IN 1950. IT HAS ONLY BEEN THIS COLD OR COLDER THIS
LATE IN THE SEASON TWICE BEFORE...ON APRIL 15TH 1943...AND APRIL
13TH 1940.

Apparently this isn't the only record we're breaking around here. Go here for the information.

Now all you global warming junkies might just be saying that I'm pin pointing one or two remote incidents and trying to downplay the dangers of global warming. You'd be right. I'm doing exactly what the media does to try and create fear with the global warming myth. For example, a few weeks back an awful tornado ripped through Enterprise, Alabama. As I was flipping through the channels that night I noticed that it was the headlining story for CBS News with Katie Couric. After the weatherman went through the process of what happened, Katie asked the inevitable media prodded question. "Does this have anything to do with the effects of global warming?" she asked the poor guy. He answered no, that this was just part of how the earth works, and moved on quickly knowing he would not be on good standings with CBS's producers for not creating fear and panic which is their norm.

After the hurricanes in 2005(including Katrina) there was all this hubbub over global warming. 'Scientists' claimed that we would have at least 17 stateside hurricanes the next year because global warming was really taking effect. Guess how many we had last year? None. ZERO.

The point is, warming and cooling are, as Sean Hannity likes to put it, just part of earth's natural ebb and flow. Let's open our eyes and educate the people around us and stop this myth before it takes control of more people's lives.

Harry Reid Supports Terrorism

Harry Reid is finally openly admitting his support of terrorism by completely giving up the fight, demoralizing our military, and showing that he would rather see Bush crash and burn, than win a war we MUST win.

Story: Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Monday he wants to cut off money for the Iraq war next year, making clear for the first time that Democrats are willing to pull out all the stops to end U.S. involvement.

And guess who weighs in on the issue?...

"In the face of the administration's stubborn unwillingness to change course, the Senate has no choice but to force a change of course," said Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., who signed on Monday as a co-sponsor of Reid's proposal with Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wis.

Of course it's important to Kerry to stick his nose into this issue. I can just hear him now, "I was supposed to be president! If the president doesn't want to listen to US then we will just HAVE to support terrorism and de-fund the troops!" And then he goes and cries in a corner over the presidency he'll never have.

Dick Cheney puts it best. Some people say this man is a wacko but I love the guy because he's as straight forward as they come and THAT IS WHAT WE NEED IN WASHINGTON!!! We need more Bushes and more Cheneys.

"It's time the self-appointed strategists on Capitol Hill understood a very simple concept: You cannot win a war if you tell the enemy you're going to quit," Vice President Dick Cheney said Monday at a fundraising luncheon for Sen. Jeff Sessions.

Like I said, I love this guy. He says it like it is. Rather than talk political talk, Cheney tells the truth in one quick sentence. You cannot win if you let them know you're going to quit.

Bush has said several times he would veto the measure, and Republicans say they'll back him. On Monday, 154 House Republicans sent Bush a letter promising to stick with him in opposition to the legislation. Mindful that they hold a shaky majority in Congress and that neither chamber has enough votes to override a presidential veto, Democrats are already thinking about the next step after Bush rejects their legislation.

The article goes on to say:

When asked whether he would ever consider pulling funds for the troops, Reid said Congress would provide troops what they needed to be safe.

GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Ok, I'm going to say it. Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, Barbara Boxer and Hillary Clinton are the most IDIOTIC America haters on the face of this planet. They are like little children. When they aren't listened to they have a fit and would rather see the demise of their great country than give in to the other side. I can't stand these people and wish they'd just go on over to Osama and pick up a gun and tell him they're ready to join the resistance because they might as well!!! They are fighting democracy just as much as the terrorists are so go ahead and strap a bomb on Senator Reid. YOU ARE SUPPORTING TERRORISM IF YOU TAKE THE FUNDS AWAY FROM THE TROOPS.

The story goes on:

Reid's proposal is unlikely to pass. But Democrats say they believe with each passing week — as the violence in Iraq continues and voters grow increasingly tired of the war — they pick up additional support.

The democrats already believe, and hope, that the war will get worse!!! This is just another example of how the democrats would rather see Bush look bad, and support terrorism, than they would see us winning this war!!! Also, somehow polling people here in America has everything to do with whether we should be there or not. It doesn’t matter how the Iraqis feel or our troops who are ACTUALLY there!!!

The Supreme Court Weighs in on Global Warming

The story out of Washington yesterday is that the Supreme Court is now getting their feet wet on the hot topic of global warming. This is really sad. The article states that the Supreme Court rebuked the Bush administration for its inaction on global warming. Notice it doesn't say which justices rebuked Bush but rather implies the WHOLE Court rebuked him wagging their fingers in his face and such. If you read further into the story you find a very important fact about partisan authorship in media. The author eventually gets to the point that the court's four conservative justices were the only ones who voted against this ridiculous act of partisanship. Anybody smart enough to realize global warming doesn't exist as Al Gore would like us to believe would know that the people who should be rebuked are the justices who decided to make this a political matter because it's cool to believe in global warming now.

Justice Roberts had the most important quote in his dissent. He said that the court should simply recognize that dealing with the complaints spelled out by the state of
Massachusetts is the function of Congress and the chief executive, not the federal courts. This is TREMENDOUSLY important because he is stating that this shouldn't even be an issue in the federal courts. Roe v. Wade anyone?

Nancy Pelosi Is A Moron

I don't usually resort to name calling but I've had it up to my eyeballs with this lady. First of all it's just her 'let's be a bipartisan government' talk and then her unwillingness to prove that she even believes that at all with her completely partisan, incoherent babbling.

Today President Bush actually(finally) took a stronger stand against the Democrats in what is being called a 'jab at the Democrats'. Wednesday Bush said, 'the American people will know who to hold responsible' if funding for the war stalls. He also pointed out the ludicrous deadline for troop withdrawals and piling on of 'pork' projects.

Pelosi countered with the statement warning Bush against following 'a political strategy that would needlessly delay funding for our troops'. Ridiculously this lady is trying to make it sound like she wants to fund the troops when her whole mission in life right now is to pass the Iraq Deadline bill and DEFUND THE TROOPS!!!

I think her real strategy is to drive everybody as crazy as she is so that we can all be on her level.

Hillary's Lies

A little joke to lighten your day:

A man died and went to heaven.

As he stood in front of St. Peter at the Pearly Gates, he saw a huge wall of clocks behind him.

He asked, "What are all those clocks?"

St. Peter answered, "Those are Lie-Clocks. Everyone on Earth has a Lie-Clock. Every time you lie the hands on your clock will move."

"Oh," said the man, "whose clock is that?"

"That's Mother Teresa's. The hands have never moved, indicating
that she never told a lie."

"Incredible," said the man. "And whose clock is that one?"

St. Peter responded, "That's Abraham Lincoln's clock. The hands
have moved twice, telling us that Abe told only two lies in his
entire Life."

"Where's Hillary Clinton's clock?" asked the man.

"Hillary's clock is in Jesus' office. He's using it as a ceiling fan."

Clinton Administration Attorney Firings

Here is step one for the Bush administration: Grow some cahones and point out how many attorneys the Clinton administration fired without the Dems(or the GOP for that matter) crying over spilt milk.

Attorney General Janet Reno had the Justice Department moving and shaking. She requested the prompt resignation of all 93 U.S. Attorneys around the country "to build a team" that represents "my views" and those of the President.

Source(s):
Time Magazine, 4/5/1993

Gonzales had eight, count 'em, eight attorneys fired. You know why? Because it's his right to do so. Every administration hires attorneys who have that particular administration's interests in mind. It only makes sense doesn't it? Why would you have attorneys who don't care for your conservative position working for you?

I keep saying I'm not going to talk about this anymore but it keeps popping up. The truth needs to get out there, regardless of whether it'll set you free or not.

Fox News Vs. CNN - The Truth of Partisan Media Pt. 3

I love how these two news outlets report in different ways, only showing, so far, that Fox News really is more fair. This story about errors in Pat Tillman's death is only the media's way of demeaning the military. I guess it's not cool anymore to lift up our protectors and show them in any sort of good light. Fox reports this in a less demeaning manner though.

Fox News: Pentagon: Nothing Criminal About Pat Tillman's Death

CNN: Army finds critical errors reporting Tillman's death

Both stories report the same thing. The difference is that CNN would rather cast an evil shadow over our military.

Score: Fox 3 CNN 1

Fox News Vs. CNN - The Truth of Partisan Media Pt. 2

Today's stories: 3/26/07

Fox: White House Stands By Attorney General
- This story captures how the administration is, and should, defend the Attorney General, in this very phony scandal set up by the Dems.

CNN: Navarrette: Long knives no excuse for Gonzales
- CNN of course would rather not take any side of the GOP and make Gonzales out to be the bad guy.

Score: Fox News 2 CNN 1

Fox News Vs. CNN - The Truth of Partisan Media Pt.1

I've wanted to do this for a long time. Every time that Fox News reports something positive about the Iraq War or the Bush administration, or something negative about the Democratic party, CNN makes sure that it isn't reported so as to prove that they aren't actually as fair and balanced as Fox is. To prove this I'm going to keep a time line of lead stories from Fox News supporting conservative principles and see if CNN even touches the story. Then I'm going to show stories from Fox News that support liberal agendas and see how many times CNN reports on those.

Today's stories 03/22/07:

Fox: Test of Wills - White House Subpoena Showdown Goes to Senate
- Quoting Dick Morris, "The phoniest scandal of the century (so far)" (1 Point for Fox)

CNN is also reporting on this story as: 16-day gap found in attorney firings

Fox: U.S. Nabs Kidnap Killers of GIs
- This story is a good news story out of Iraq where top terrorist leaders have been captured

CNN: Man tied to al-Sadr held in sneak attack on U.S. troops
- Surprisingly enough CNN reports on this capture, although they probably were drawn to it more because it involves American soldier deaths(1 Point)

Score so far: Fox 1 CNN 1

The Democrats New and Unsurprising Witchhunt

I need to make it clear that I couldn't care less about this issue of the firings of 8 former U.S. attorneys. I think America agrees with me. This is just the next planned attack from the Democrats to try and demean the Republican party. It shows the ridiculous nature of leftists these days. They bicker and cry about President Bush being too partisan in his decisions and not taking their advice and yet they show the perfect example of partisanship with their relentless attacks on anything they can get their hands on. Message to the Dems: There are more important issues out there!!!

President Bush put it perfectly: "It will be regrettable if they choose to head down the partisan road of issuing subpoenas and demanding show trials when I have agreed to make key White House officials and documents available. I have proposed a reasonable way to avoid an impasse. I hope they don't choose confrontation. I will oppose any attempts to subpoena White House officials".

How he keeps his composure and temper in check I will never know.

President Bush Tribute

I made this video a few weeks back and wanted to post it here. I'm actually very proud of this and hope you like it. This is actually the second installment of the President Bush Tribute so watch the first one when you get a chance. WARNING!!! There are a couple graphic images. I really debated whether or not to put these pictures in the video but in the end decided that the hard truth is more important than worrying about not offending anyone.

Hillary Is Big Brother

I love that Hillary and Obama are trying to hide their hatred for each other. I realize that Obama probably had nothing to do with this video but I still wanted to post it. One more thing. Don't vote for Obama if the time comes. He's not much better than Hillary.

Gays Demanding Restriction on Free Speech

Yesterday, Marine Gen. Peter Pace was quoted as saying that homosexuality is 'immoral' and compared it to adultery. I myself agree that homosexuality is immoral. This belief simply stems from the Bible which clearly says that homosexuality is wrong. This is a Christian belief, and because our country was founded on religious freedom and beliefs you would think that this would at least be an acceptable thing to say. Apparently not for the news media in our country today.

The general didn't say he hated or despised gays. He just said that his belief was that it is immoral. Today, the AP reported that gay advocates are 'demanding an apology'. Has this country gone so far off the deep end as to restrict the freedom of conservative thought? Not at all. What has gone off the deep end is the majority of the print and televised media.

The media has gone so far left as to claim that conservative thinking should be apologized for. And yet, gays can demonstrate proudly and without question at Disney World.

Let's make a stand and be proud of what we believe in. If the majority of the country disagrees with us, we will be stifled. But trust me, conservative America stands strong in our quite struggle.

Evolutionists And The Obsession With Science

I just read this article on a newer documentary about the debate between evolution and intelligent design. Of course, the filmaker ends up siding with evolution. This quote from the filmaker sums up evolutionists perfectly:

"There isn't much to intelligent design. These guys have this really deep-seated intuition that they can look at nature and see a designer at work, but the problem is they've failed to advance it to any kind of science so far."

Ok, I'm going to give you a second to stop laughing. Ok. Ready? It's so funny that evolutionists will rule out the existence of God because they don't see it in science. He's basically saying, 'There's no God-Science, so there's no God'.

Most importantly, Christians base their religion on FAITH. Faith is believing in something you cannot see. And although God is all around us in His creation, we don't have to see God himself to KNOW that he's there.

Secondly, a vast majority of Americans believe in God and worship Him daily. In order to believe that God exists, you cannot believe that we came from apes(If you don't know why, it says so in Genesis). With this knowledge, we can come to assume that most Americans don't believe in evolutionary creation. But yet our children are being indoctrinated by this insane theory in our schools!

With all this in mind, how is the media still discussing evolution seriously? BECAUSE THEY ARE A DOMINANTLY LEFT WING MEDIA. Keep that in mind EVERY time you read anything they write.

Terrorists Killing Children. Democrats Supporting Terrorists.

A car bomb exploded in a park in Baghdad earlier today killing at least 18 young Iraqi boys who were playing soccer. The report suggests that the bomb may not have been intended for the boys. Who cares? These sick, disgusting, excuses for human beings are who the Democrats want to stop funding to fight against. These are the same Democrats who would impeach President Bush for staying the course to fight what could arguably be the darkest evil the human race has ever encountered.

Democrats should really question their moral integrity, and their decision to fight Bush rather than terrorism. It's revolting when politics trumps right or wrong.

The Politics of the Oscars

I've always hated the Oscars but last night was a topping to the cake that only the Academy can top. First off was the performance by Melissa Etheridge with her lobal warming song 'I Need to Wake Up' where she proclaims 'I need to wake up, I need to change, I need to shake up, I need to speak out'. The ironic thing about it is she DOES need to wake up and realize global warming doesn't exist as we know it and she is just another example of the blind indoctrination of our children that global warming exists, case closed. She was pitted up against three songs from the movie Dreamgirls and because of her affiliation with Al Gore and the crocumentary An Inconvenient Truth she won. The song was awful and she deserves no recognition for such a political scare tactic.

Secondly was the appearance by Al Gore himself where he makes a joke about officially proclaiming his presidential ticket in front of the world but then never does it. Ellen as the host makes a joke about how the girl in Dreamgirls got voted off of American Idol but that Americans did vote for Al Gore, with a raucus applause that followed. No surprise.

Thirdly, no one has seen most of the movies that were voted for best picture but since they made a big deal over Martin Scorcese never having won an Oscar, he won. This isn't to say that The Departed didn't deserve to win but Little Miss Sunshine should have won instead.

The point is that nobody should ever take the Oscars seriously. It's all a left-wing political soap box.

Pelosi Disagrees With Cheney? Now That's Surprising.

Have you ever noticed that when the Democrats disagree with Republicans, the media touts this as a noble cause. But when the Republicans disagree, it is just awful, awful, awful. I mean, who would have the gall to disagree with the almighty Dems? This ticks me off and I have a prime example for you today.

Pelosi heard Cheney say that by taking the funds out of the war, and basically making it impossible to continue, they are making Al Qaeda's wishes come true, which is for us to give up. Isn't this true though? The Dems want to end this war in a backhanded way rather than just coming out and telling the truth: They don't support the troops and their mission and never have. This in essence is giving full support of Al Qaeda's mission: To get us to give up so they can take Iraq back and make sure that a Democratic government never exists in a terrorist stronghold. This would be devastating to terrorists, and for us to give up our fight would be a dream come true for them, effectively leaving Bin Laden as a prophet when he said 'America is a paper tiger'. Good job Dems, let's just demoralize our military and a fight for the hope of future freedom. But wait, that's been your goal from day one hasn't it?

Back to my main point. Pelosi called president Bush and told him: "You cannot say as the president of the United States, 'I welcome disagreement in a time of war,' and then have the vice president of the United States go out of the country and mischaracterize a position of the speaker of the House and in a manner that says that person in that position of authority is acting against the national security of our country," the speaker said.

So in other words: You can't say you welcome disagreement and then ACTUALLY disagree with us, therefore telling the country what we are ACTUALLY doing: Not supporting the troops or our military in their job of protecting our national security.

Pelosi, you are doing exactly what you're asking the president not to do: To have an actual debate that includes disagreement and outright truths being told.
